SHIPPING + RETURNS


When will I receive my item? 

  • Items labeled In-Stock ship within 1-3 days and usually arrive within 10-14 days.

  • Items labeled Pre-Order have estimated shipping dates in the product description. Estimated dates may differ depending on item.

You should receive a separate email with a tracking link when your item has been shipped.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from the U.S. International packages may or may not incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country. If you have questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. If the product is determined to be faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose, Marland Backus will offer a repair, exchange voucher or refund. Please email us at info@marlandbackus.com within 3 days of receiving your item.

Our return policy is designed to limit waste of resources. We care about our environment and strive to be mindful of waste.


CANCELLATIONS

We prepare your order for shipping as soon as possible. This results in a small window where changes to an order can be made. If you would like to cancel please contact us immediately at info@marlandbackus.com. If your order has already been dispatched for shipping it cannot be cancelled. If your order has not yet been processed for shipment we will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or edit your order.
